Personalised Gifts have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised.
We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct.
Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit or does not arrive at all, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry. You should also contact us if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves. All breakages and faults must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7
working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to
personalised items which we have made or customised specifically for
you or your company. If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us prior to the
order being processed and dispatched. Cancellations can only be accepted
on personalised products if work on your order has not commenced.
Because of the fast turnaround, customers are advised that production
for some personalised products can begin immediately. Customers wishing
to cancel an order should contact us by phone immediately.
If you wish to consider returning a Non Personalised Gift then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging and in a 're-saleable' condition and only if unpersonalised.
We cannot refund the postage cost incurred in returning unwanted / incorrectly ordered goods and even where you have qualified for free delivery a postage and packaging charge of £1.50 will be levied on unwanted goods and deducted from any refund made.
You have a duty to return any item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility - We advise you to obtain a proof of posting
